Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange, subject to the guidelines below.

Hidden Forts Garments

New Hidden Forts garments may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In their original condition
  • Free from odors, stains, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Rigid (Unwashed) and Once Washed Denim

Garments must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold as new. Rigid denim develops creases and conforms to the wearer very quickly, so avoid extended wear, bending, squatting, or other activities that may leave signs of use. Garments that have been washed, soaked, hemmed, altered, worn, damaged, or otherwise show signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Vintage & Handmade Items

Every vintage piece has its own history and may show signs of age and wear that contribute to its character. Because these items are one of a kind, all vintage purchases are Final Sale.

Please examine the photographs, description, and measurements carefully before purchasing. If you need additional information or photos, we're happy to provide them.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with photographs of the item and the shipping packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
